A "chan" is a type of character created for Joe's streams by a fan artist. There are many such characters who often appear in fanart, and the reason why this is even the case is very complicated, so you can read about it on the Chanology page.

The chans category on this wiki only includes ones which have had the same design of them drawn more than once, because otherwise there would be way too many.
