We're still in Death Stranding
In Joe's stream of Hello Neighbour, before he started the game, he watched the newest trailer for Death Stranding. After that, about an hour into the game, at which point he was already quite fed up with it, he encountered a glitch where he fell through the floor and out of the world. Then he said "We never left Death Stranding".[1] This is because the Death Stranding trailer he'd just watched was really surreal and it kept on going for longer than you'd expect just when you'd think it was about to end.
About two years later when Death Stranding came out and he streamed it, he said "We're still in Death Stranding" when it started.[2]
