I don't have very good memories with fish

In the Persona 4 Golden streams, a character called Rise (pronounced Reece-ay), who Joe made the protagonist's girlfriend, and who always talks to the silent protagonist who never says anything back, randomly said to him "I don't have very good memories with fish" when they were both standing by a fish tank.
