Beacoi Osfnoe

When Joe "played" Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix+ on stream, he really just had the game open while he did a Q&A with chat. But the one thing he did actually do in the game was use the t-shirt editor, as suggested by Twitch user D5R. He started out by drawing on a blank t-shirt what looked like it was going to be a dick and balls, but then he did a switcheroo and turned it into a person. He turned the balls into feet and the shaft into a torso, and then he gave it a face, arms, claws, and "anime hair". Then he also gave the "feet" pubic hair.[1] On the back of the same t-shirt, he drew a sad banana.
In Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward, there's a feature where you can draw notes for things like passwords and puzzle solutions. When Joe discovered this in his first stream of the game, since it was the next stream after he streamed Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix+, he decided to draw the same penis character on the notes screen, and he left it there for the whole game. And this time when he drew it, he also gave it a t-shirt with a smaller version of itself on it.[2]
In one puzzle during his second stream of Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward, he had to figure out a password based on some clues which he had to then type in somewhere else. So as he was figuring out the password, he wrote it down on the second notes page. But he figured it out partially wrong. The actual password was "beacon of hope", but Joe got "beacoi osfnoe" instead. Joe tried typing this in, and when the game rejected it, he acted surprised that his nonsensical password got rejected.[3] At this point, chat declared that Beacoi Osfnoe was the name of the penis character. Then once Joe figured out the correct password, he wrote Beacoi Osfnoe on the first notes page and gave that name to the character.[4]
When Joe streamed Power Wash Simulator, he kept on drawing Beacoi in the dirt by clearing it away with the power washer.[5] But one time he drew it in a place that wasn't visible in the time lapse video at the end of a level because it was behind a fence.[6] So on the next one he had to predict which angle the time lapse would be from and take that into consideration when drawing Beacoi, or draw multiple Beacois in different places to increase the chance that one of them was in the time lapse. Then he said that one of these extra Beacois would be a "decoy Beacoi".[7]
Joe says that Beacoi's claws "are always out, but with effort he can retract them back in".[8] One piece of Piss-chan fanart suggests that Beacoi is canonically Piss-chan's father.[9]
