Airboat-chan is the embodiment of the airboat from Half-Life 2. The airboat was particularly notable in Joe's streams of Half-Life 2 because of the several hours he spent moving the same trolley (i.e. Trolley-chan) through the game, much of which involved him pushing it with and carrying it on top of the airboat throughout the Water Hazard chapter. The original artist wishes to go uncredited.
