Bethesda's Bug-chan is the embodiment of a Bethesda's Bug. The original artist is 4G-LTE.
Bethesda's Bug is a term Joe coined for when a game contains so many problems that it becomes impossible to distinguish between bugs, missing features, and intended features[1]. It was named after the game studio Bethesda because their games are well known for releasing with many glitches, often to the point where players expect (and some even enjoy) encountering them.
