Sea Star-chan is the embodiment of the Sea Star boon from Hades II. The original artist is Marik Bentusi. Joe enjoyed taking this boon, and gambling on its ability to duplicate rewards. He often says "Have Another!" or "How About Two!", voice lines which play when Sea Star duplicates an item. Fitting with this theme of duplication, Sea Star-chan is often drawn as a pair of twins.
Sea Star-chan is the second time Marik has drawn a chan as identical siblings wearing almost no clothing, the first being Quantum Moon-chan.
