Cream-chan is the embodiment of cream. The original artist is ZerstorenHV. Cream-chan was first depicted in a different ZerstorenHV fanart, where she appeared behind a black censor bar, implying that she was the fabled "Cum-chan",[2] which is a chan concept that Joe has explicitly forbidden from ever being created. Then a while later, another fanart was made showing Cream-chan in full view, revealing her to in fact not be "Cum-chan". Joe has stated that every depiction of Cream-chan must feature her two cream cartons to make it clear that she is made of cream.[3]
