Ladder-chan is the embodiment of a particular ladder from Resident Evil Village. The original artist is Marik Bentusi.

There was another Ladder-chan prior to the version from Resident Evil Village. During the Death Stranding streams, several one-off chans were created, one of them based on the ladders Sam carried in that game[3]. However, that design of Ladder-chan was only drawn once.
