You get to choose!?

In Slay the Spire there's a card called Headbutt which, when upgraded, its description reads "Deal damage. Put a card from your discard pile on top of your draw pile." The first time Joe played this card he didn't realise that the card which you put on your draw pile isn't chosen at random, rather that it's a card of your choosing. So when he played the card and was presented with a screen where he could choose a card from his discard pile, he said "You get to choose?!". To people who had played the game before, this seemed obvious, so they kept on saying "You get to choose?!" and posting the Twitch clip of that moment in chat for the rest of the Slay the Spire streams until Joe took notice and started saying it himself.
