Say thank you

Joe once told an anecdote about how he asked his food delivery driver if he had already been tipped as a part of the order, and after the driver said yes and started walking away, Joe said "say thank you" to his son who was standing beside him to get him to thank the driver, but because the driver was facing away from Joe, he thought he was talking to him, so the driver thanked Joe for the tip instead.
