Ass Eaters
During the Persona 5 streams, Joe saw someone in chat say "Eat her ass" when one of the female characters was on screen for the first time.[1]
When Joe got to the part of the game where you get to name the party of characters, he ran a poll to get his viewers to choose between various different names which he and chat came up with, and the one which won was "Ass Eaters". But because the game provides you with various special symbols that you can use on the keyboard, he decided to call the group "★A$$♂EATERS♀".[2]
Some phrases associated with The Ass Eaters which Joe said a lot during the Persona 5 streams are "We've got asses to eat" and "Don't bring up ass in front of The Ass Eaters", and he sometimes still says these.
