The shotput ball killer

The first murder of Danganronpa V3 is committed by the protagonist without it being acknowledged by the game's narration as it happens. The player is then expected to try and solve this murder and realise that they did it. The protagonist, who is called Kaede, commits the murder by rolling a shotput ball through an air vent so that it hits the victim on the head. When she does this, the narration says "I dropped everything I was holding", which the game considers to be a plausible description of this taking place, while still avoiding revealing it to the player. When Joe played Danganronpa V3, he got angry at the game because of this. He started saying that any murder in the game from this point on could be committed by Kaede, because the game could just be lying about anything that is happening. He kept on saying that "the shotput ball killer" was going to "drop everything she's holding" and secretly kill people.
