The protagonist of Silent Hill is called Harry Mason. In the awkward cutscenes with bad voice acting where he meets new characters, he always says "My name's Harry Mason. I'm in town on vacation."^[1] Since Joe's streams of Silent Hill, he started saying this sometimes in a sort of rhythmic fashion.
