In the Zero Escape games, some of the characters have the ability to spontaneously learn things that they would know in alternate timelines, by accessing something that the game refers to as the morphogenetic field.

A parody of the "scanning for morbheads" meme, by Steeljester.

At around the time Joe played Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward, the Morbius meme was very popular. This led to several viewers combining the word "morb" with "morphogenetic field" to produce the portmanteau "morbogenetic field". Once Joe caught on to this, he started to consistently refer to "accessing the morphogenetic field" as just "morbing". So now when someone spontaneously knows something which they shouldn't know yet, people say that they "morbed".

Except in practice, "morbing" usually refers to Joe trying to predict the plot of the game he's playing. This is because whenever he correctly predicted part of the plot of the Zero Escape games during his streams of them, people who had already played them before said that he was accessing the morphogenetic field to learn the answer. So this was combined with "morbogenetic field", and resulted in "morb" essentially just meaning predicting a game's plot.[1]

Morbing is represented by the emotes jphMorb and jphMorbcamp.
