All according to Kotaku

There's a famous anime fan translation of Death Note where the line "All according to plan" in Japanese is translated to "Just according to keikaku (translator's note: keikaku means plan)".

After pretending that he made somebody fall for a trap in Yakuza 0, Joe misquoted the meme as "All according to keikaku", but then proposed that everyone start saying "All according to Kotaku" instead, in an ironic attempt to force a new inside joke into creation after looking at some fanart which mocked how inside jokes are made out of the stupid stuff that he says.
