LLU

A Twitch user called MarikBentusi made a typo when he typed the Twitch LUL emote, and accidentally typed "LLU" instead. Then everyone else in chat started spamming it. This happened while Joe was taking a break. Then he came back and was confused why chat was spamming LLU. Now chat says LLU sometimes instead of LUL, which doesn't even turn it into an emote or anything. Joe sometimes says "LLUJ" because it sounds like L L Cool J, which is the name of a rapper.
