It can't be helped

Joe noticed at some point that Japanese games tend to have their characters say the phrase "It can't be helped" a lot, likely because it's a literal translation of the phrase "仕方がない", which is a common expression in Japanese. For some reason he tends to say this in his Pleasant boy voice.
