Ose voice

The Ose voice is a voice Joe does sometimes which is characterized by him muffling his voice with his hands, and kind of sounds like an old-timey radio announcer. He does this voice to mimic people in chat when they're complaining about something he's doing. In particular, he usually uses this voice in reference to Ose or when saying "To defy me...".
