Tsumari-chan is the embodiment of the Japanese word つまり, which translates to "In other words". During Joe's read-through of Umineko When They Cry, both Joe and chat noticed how common this word was in the text. They then began to spam "tsumari" whenever it was said by a voice actor[1]. When Jelly appeared on the stream as a guest, he often said "tsumari" when he noticed the phrase "in other words"[2]. Afterwards, Joe began to consistently say "In other words—tsumari—" when he noticed the phrase[3]. The original artist is epheoko.
