Rain World-chan is the embodiment of Rain World, a game which was nominated for Most Anticipated Stream Game at JADSEYA 2023. The winner of this award would go on to be played on stream by Joe, so Rain World-chan was created as a propaganda piece to incentivize voting for the game. She was originally designed and drawn by Chrome.
Rain World did not win the award. It is unclear if this makes Chrome guilty of pre-emptive channing.
