Lean Beef

Joe once talked about how he wanted to cook something with lean beef, but his nearest grocery store only had extra lean beef and regular beef in stock, so he bought both and mixed them together. He posed to chat the question of if the mixture of the two truly counted as lean beef, and he kept on bringing it up again as a non-sequitur after that too.
