Ketchup on eggs

There's a part of Steins;Gate where there's an omelette with ketchup on it, and Joe found the concept of putting ketchup on eggs strange. Then lots of people in chat objected, saying that they put ketchup on their eggs, which started a debate between Joe and chat.
