AYAYA
There's a BTTV Twitch emote called AYAYA, which is the face of a character from an anime who sings a song called AYAYA. But the emote isn't available on every Twitch channel by default; the streamer has to "enable" it, since it's only available through the BTTV browser extension. Chat repeatedly asked Joe to enable it, but he refused.

Somehow it became a running joke that whenever Joe Googled something, he was actually looking up the AYAYA song which the emote is from, and then he would play it to the stream. This is why people in chat say AYAYA when he types something.
Eventually, Joe agreed to make a Twitch channel points goal for him to enable AYAYA, worth one billion Monocoins. He also made another goal worth 20,000 Monocoins, to deduct 20,000 Monocoins from the cost of enabling AYAYA. But he also made one called "Spend 20,000 Monocoins on literally nothing", for people to buy who wanted to intentionally not contribute towards enabling AYAYA.
Joe stopped the challenge to enable AYAYA in late 2020 because he had issues with the way his viewers were behaving. At the same time he added the emote jphOnono to his channel as a compromise.
