Celeste voice

There's a character in Danganronpa 1 called Celeste who talks in a fake accent which is supposed to sound like some sort of obscure, made-up European accent. Joe developed an impression of her voice which sounded a bit like a robot voice. Then someone in chat told him to say the "Number 15 Burger King foot lettuce" copypasta in that voice, because it sounds a bit like the voice of the person from the Burger King foot lettuce video.
