Yusuke Kitagawa
Yusuke is a character from Persona 5 who Joe developed an impression of.[1][2] Joe says he has a tendency to accidentally start doing this voice sometimes[3]. The emote [[|25px|link={{{1}}}]][[{{{1}}}]]} is a reference to the character and this voice.
The following are some of the things Yusuke said (and some he didn't) that became stream memes, which Joe says in the Yusuke voice sometimes:
