When Joe says this, it's not a reference to any stream. It's just something he says sometimes.

"Sake" (さけ), is a Japanese alcoholic drink that's pronounced "sak-ay", or "saké". Not only does Joe like to pronounce "saké" as "sake" instead, he also likes to pronounce the actual English word "sake" as "saké". He also likes to pronounce other words which rhyme with sake in a similar way, like "mistaké".
