Foolish fool
There's a character from Ace Attorney 2 called Francisca Von Karma who says "foolish" and "fool" a lot, and sometimes even "foolish fool".[1][2] Joe typically says this in the Italian vampire voice, because he did this voice for Francisca Von Karma.
