Joe used the claw machine while saying "Will Applejacks' plane crash?", and the claw machine grabbed a prize, meaning that it had answered "yes" according to the rules Joe had established up to that point in his Persona 3 streams. Then in the following stream, Applejacks came back to report that they had not died, so Joe gave them a marble.
