The design of the Monocoin logo for the channel points was drawn by Marik Bentusi. However, the icon wasn't drawn to look exactly like the actual Monocoins from Danganronpa, which have Monokuma's face on them. Instead, Marik made them look like the checkers piece enemies from Deltarune chapter 1, which had recently come out at the time. This was because he assumed that Joe would play it soon, so it would be funny when he played it and realised.
