This is a Joeism
When Joe says this, it's not a reference to any stream. It's just something he says sometimes.

Joe intentionally pronounces various Japanese words wrong to annoy the weebs in his audience. Sometimes these phrases may also lead to the corruption of the English language.

Saké

"Sake" (さけ), is a Japanese alcoholic drink that's pronounced "sak-ay", or "saké". Not only does Joe like to pronounce "saké" as "sake" instead, he also likes to pronounce the actual English word "sake" as "saké". He also likes to pronounce other words which rhyme with sake in a similar way, like "mistaké".[citation needed]

"That's the dumbest joke. I think saké is even dumber than Leon. It's even dumber than useless." ~ Joseph Anderson

Sun Deer

"Tsundere", (ツンデレ, pronounced [t͡sɯndeɾe] [Soon-dare-ay]) is a Japanese word mainly used to describe a standoffish-but-warming character archetype in Japanese fiction, which Joe pronounces as "sun deer" instead.[1]

Yazooka

"Yakuza" is a word typically referring to a type of Japanese crime syndicate, which Joe pronounces as "Yazooka" instead.[1] This was particularly often said during the Yakuza 0 streams.
