A Twitch user called MarikBentusi made a typo when he typed the Twitch LUL emote, and accidentally typed "LLU" instead. Then everyone else in chat started spamming it. This happened while Joe was taking a break. Then he came back and was confused why chat was spamming LLU.^[1] Now chat says LLU sometimes instead of LUL, which doesn't even turn it into an emote or anything. Joe sometimes says "LLUJ" because it sounds like L L Cool J, which is the name of a rapper.
