There's a court case in Ace Attorney 1 where one crucial piece of evidence is that a witness heard the victim get shot at the same time as hearing a radio DJ say "it's almost Christmas", which disproves a claim made by another witness, which was that the victim was killed on Christmas. Then you have to look at the evidence and figure this out for yourself, at which point Phoenix Wright says "'Almost Christmas' means it wasn't Christmas!"[1]
