On one occasion when the Discord user Marik Bentusi asked a question, people started adding emote reacts to it, and someone spelt out the word "yes" in emojis, and then someone else added the letters "nt" to the end to make it spell "yesn't". Then someone else added the letter "r" to the end, making it spell "YESNTR", or "yes NTR".[1] NTR is short for "netorare", which means cucking in Japanese, and is a popular hentai genre. Now people sometimes spell out YESNTR in reacts underneath messages.
