'I want to go to Tartarus' is a phrase Joe started repeating after the ninth stream of Persona 3 Reload, after he was presented with the option in a comically sudden way[1]. The phrase ended up fusing[2] with a line from Umineko[3], where a character's intentions were stated; "THEREFORE, MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE, HE WANTED A LOT OF MONEY RIGHT NOW..!".
