Deadly Premonition has verey few songs in its soundtrack, so the same few tracks repeat very often in its cutscenes. Joe took a particular liking to one song where the melody is whistled,[1] which is called Life is Beautiful.[2] He also quickly realised that the melody of the song was suspiciousy similar to the Super Mario World ground theme.[3] He now sometimes plays this song into his microphone from his phone during other games, when there's a boring cutscene or when something is taking a long time.[4]
