She was originally drawn by {{Person|c806256}}, with an alternate design by {{Person|Ash}}.

Even though Blanket Fort-chan was created during the [[Umineko When They Cry - Question Arcs|Umineko]] streams, she not the embodiment of anything from Umineko. Rather, she is the embodiment of a life circumstance surrounding Joe and the streams. That's why, even though Blanket Fort-chan ''was'' born during Umineko, she should really be marked as a Stream type Chan.
