In one puzzle during his second stream of Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward, he had to figure out a password based on some clues which he had to then type in somewhere else. So as he was figuring out the password, he wrote it down on the second notes page. But he figured it out partially wrong. The actual password was "beacon of hope", but Joe got "beacoi osfnoe" instead.
